I am Stephanie Howay - the Steph of With Steph.

In July 2019, I started my dream job as the director(principal) of a middle school. In August of 2020, I was fired from that position. In advocating for myself in that position, I ended up getting myself fired. To say that I was crushed is an understatement. Teaching is what I am good at - teaching kids to read, teaching families how to travel better, teaching women how to follow their dreams - and to be told that I wasn’t good enough to be an administrator almost broke me.

Almost.

I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and that the universe will guide my next steps. Since 2020, the universe has been calling me to follow my passions outside of traditional 9 to 5s. In July 2026, I finally listened and Learn Explore Bloom was born.
